This cassette is a joint effort and is being co-released by Forced Abandonment Records, Dead Tapes, and Trashfuck Records.

This release consists of a blend of ambient noise and found sound. The found sound element comes from a single cassette tape that was found by an employee in a psychiatric hospital years ago. These cassettes were used to record and convey patient information by and between nurses on the staff. The resultant combination of sounds is the first in this series from DIOGENES.
